Cambodia Outdoor Karting Project
5,000㎡ Commercial Track with Gas, Drift, and Electric Go Karts
In 2025, we delivered a 5,000㎡ outdoor karting project in Cambodia for a client who wanted to build a commercial venue with stronger visitor appeal and more flexible operation. The site was planned as a premium outdoor karting destination, combining gas go karts, drift karts, and lithium battery electric go karts to create a more complete racing experience.
For this project, the client needed more than equipment supply. They wanted a partner who could help them think through the whole business—from the track layout to the kart mix, from factory production to long-term support after opening. That is exactly where we came in.
Project Overview
A Commercial Karting Venue Designed for Daily Operation
The venue was developed as a high-traffic outdoor karting project for leisure and entertainment use. With a site size of around 5,000 square meters, the client had enough space to build a track that felt exciting while still remaining practical for daily commercial operation.
A Mixed Kart Fleet for a Better Customer Experience
To make the venue more attractive to different types of visitors, the project included three kart options:
- Gas go karts for a stronger racing feel.
- Drift go karts for a more fun and social driving experience.
- Lithium battery electric go karts for easier operation and lower maintenance.
This mix gave the venue more flexibility and helped the client create a karting experience that felt more complete and more engaging.
What the Client Needed
A Track That Works in Real Operation
The client wanted a layout that was not only visually good, but also easy to run every day. That meant thinking carefully about traffic flow, turning rhythm, safety zones, and service access before the project even started.
Durable Equipment for Commercial Use
Because the venue was going to be used commercially, durability was one of the top priorities. The client needed karting equipment that could handle repeated use and still remain stable over time.
A Supplier Who Could Stay Involved
The client also wanted a manufacturer who would stay connected after delivery. For a karting business, support during the early stage of operation is often just as important as the products themselves.
Our Solution
Free Track Design Before Production
Before the order was confirmed, our engineering team prepared a free track layout based on the site size and the client’s business goals(2d). The layout was developed to improve the overall driving flow while keeping safety and daily operation in mind.
We Focused On
- Better use of the available land.
- Smooth track flow and driving rhythm.
- Safe barrier placement.
- Clear entry and exit planning.
- Practical maintenance access.
This early planning stage helped the client see how the venue would work in real life and made the whole project easier to move forward.
Commercial Go Kart Supply
We supplied a mixed fleet of commercial go karts, all produced in our own factory. Each kart type was chosen based on the role it would play in the venue.
Gas Go Karts
The gas karts were selected for visitors who wanted a more classic karting experience. They added speed, sound, and a stronger racing feeling.
Drift Go Karts
The drift karts gave the venue a more playful side. They are often a good choice for projects that want to create a more lively and social environment.
Lithium Battery Electric Go Karts
The electric karts offered a cleaner and more flexible option for daily operation. They are also useful for venues that want to reduce maintenance pressure while still offering a strong customer experience.
Factory Quality and Production Control
All the karts for this project were produced in our own factory under strict quality control. For commercial karting projects, long-term stability matters just as much as initial performance.
What We Focused On
- Strong chassis structure.
- Reliable braking and steering systems.
- Stable performance under frequent use.
- Consistent inspection before shipment.
For the client, this meant receiving equipment that was ready for commercial operation rather than only for display or occasional use.
After-Sales Support
We also continued supporting the client after delivery. This is an important part of any commercial karting project, especially during the setup and early operation stage.
Support Provided
- Online technical guidance.
- Setup assistance.
- Remote troubleshooting.
- Spare parts support.
- Operational follow-up when needed.
This gave the client more confidence during the launch period and helped reduce avoidable downtime.
Why This Project Stands Out
A Better Balance of Experience and Operation
This project was not built around a single kart type. By combining gas, drift, and electric models, the venue could serve a wider range of visitors and create more repeat interest.
A Practical Layout for Commercial Use
The track layout was planned to support real daily business, not just appearance. That made the venue easier to run and more suitable for long-term operation.
A Full Solution, Not Just a Shipment
From design to delivery to after-sales support, the project was handled as a complete solution. That is often the difference between a one-time purchase and a successful karting business.
